General Betting Rules
2. Events and Betting Availability
The selection of events and betting markets offered is determined exclusively by CASHPOINT.
3. Customer Declarations
By placing a bet, the Customer affirms the following:
3.1. They are at least 18 years old;
3.2. They are acting in their own name and on their own behalf;
3.3. They do not possess insider knowledge or prior awareness regarding the outcome of the event;
3.4. They do not have and will not exert any influence on the outcome of the event;
3.5. The funds used for betting are lawfully obtained and freely disposable;
3.6. They are not restricted or prohibited from placing bets by law or any authority;
3.7. Participation in CASHPOINT’s betting services is legally permissible at their place of residence, which must be a country included in the registration list;
3.8. They are not subject to any self-exclusion or third-party exclusion, do not suffer from gambling addiction, and are not receiving treatment for such;
3.9. The bet amount is proportionate to their financial circumstances.
If any of the above declarations—specifically points 3.1, 3.3, or 3.4—are found to be false, the betting contract is deemed invalid and any winnings are forfeited.
4. Formation of the Betting Contract
A betting contract is established when the Customer accepts an offer made by CASHPOINT. The contract becomes legally binding only upon receipt of the acceptance by CASHPOINT. The contract is considered concluded in Malta.
No third parties are authorized to accept or issue legally binding statements (including acceptance of bets) on behalf of CASHPOINT. Bet submissions are only valid when made through officially provided digital channels. Submissions by email, letter, or telephone are not accepted.
5. Offer Modifications and Limits
CASHPOINT reserves the right to:
- Refuse any bet without providing a reason
- Limit the stake amount before a bet is accepted
- Adjust odds prior to bet placement
Betting markets and odds are continually updated. Offers not accepted prior to such updates will be voided.
6. Contract Validity and Evidence
The bet is valid upon confirmed acceptance. In cases of uncertainty regarding the timing or method of contract formation, the records maintained by CASHPOINT shall prevail.
7. Electronic Betting Slip
The electronic betting slip acts as a confirmation and contains the essential terms of the bet. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately after receipt. If no objection is raised, the contents are deemed accepted. Late objections will not be considered.
8. Corrections and Errors
CASHPOINT may, at its discretion and even after contract formation, correct obvious errors (e.g., odds misprints, typos, or calculation mistakes). In such instances, market-standard odds at the time of acceptance will apply -unless evidence suggests both parties intended different odds.
This right is in addition to, and not in place of, any statutory rights to void contracts due to error.
9. Indeterminable Bets
If, after contract formation, it becomes evident that the bet cannot be objectively or clearly defined for any reason, it shall be rendered invalid. The stake will be refunded, and no winnings will be paid.
10. Assignment and Offsetting
The Customer may not assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer any claims arising from a betting contract to third parties, whether for payment or gratuitously. Additionally, such claims may not be offset against any liabilities owed to CASHPOINT.
